We take pride in every product we make at Matakana Herb Farm. Because our items are handcrafted in small batches using natural ingredients, we handle refunds on a case-by-case basis — with care and fairness.
 

**1. Not Happy With Your Order?

We want you to love what you’ve ordered. If you're not satisfied, please email us within 7 days of receiving your order at: matakanaherbfarm@gmail.com with your order number and details. We’ll do our best to make it right.
 

2. Refunds & Replacements

We may offer a refund or replacement if:

  • Your item arrived damaged

  • You received the wrong product

  • There’s a quality issue with your order

Please include clear photos of the issue to help us resolve it quickly.
 

3. Change of Mind

Due to the nature of our products (made-to-order and personal care), we do not offer refunds for change of mind, or if a product has been opened or used.
 

4. Ingredient Sensitivities

We list all ingredients clearly to help you make informed choices.
Unfortunately, we can’t offer refunds for adverse reactions or allergies, so please read labels carefully and patch test if needed.
 

5. Returning Packaging for Refill

Want to send back your container for a refill? That’s great! Email us at: matakanaherbfarm@gmail.com to arrange a return for refill service.
 

6. How Refunds Are Processed

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for it to show on your account, depending on your bank.
