Shipping Policy

At Matakana Herb Farm, our products are handcrafted with care and we want to make sure they arrive to you safely and in good time. This Shipping Policy outlines what you can expect when placing an order with us.
1. Where We Ship
We currently ship within New Zealand only. We hope to expand in the future, but for now we’re keeping things local.
2. Order Processing Times
Many of our items are made to order in small batches. Please allow 2–3 business days for us to prepare your order before dispatch. Once shipped, delivery times vary depending on your location, but generally take 1–3 business days with our standard courier service.
3. Delivery Method
We use trusted New Zealand courier services. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking info once your order is on the way.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We keep these as low as possible and may offer free shipping on promotions or minimum spend thresholds (when applicable).
5. Local Pickup (Coming Soon)
We’re working on a local pickup option for the Matakana area — stay tuned! Once available, it will be selectable at checkout.
6. Delays & Delivery Issues
We’re not responsible for courier delays once your order has been dispatched, but we are always here to help!
If your order is late or hasn’t arrived after 5 working days, please email us at matakanaherbfarm@gmail.com with your order number and we’ll look into it.
7. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or not quite right:

Send us a photo of the packaging and items (if damaged)

We’ll either send a replacement or arrange a refund, depending on the situation
