Matakana Herb Farm is a New Zealand-based, family-owned business offering natural, small-batch wellness and skincare products. Everything is made with care and with locally sourced or sustainably chosen ingredients.

All of our products are made using natural ingredients. We make every effort to provide accurate descriptions, but we do not guarantee that the product images or information will always be completely up-to-date or error-free.

4. Ingredient Awareness & Sensitivities

We clearly list our ingredients on each product page. It is your responsibility to read these carefully and determine if a product is right for you. We are not liable for allergic reactions or sensitivities to natural ingredients. Always patch test before use.

• All orders must be paid in full before shipping

• Prices are listed in NZD and include GST where applicable

• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order at our discretion
   

6. Shipping

• We currently offer domestic shipping within New Zealand only

• Most products are made to order, so please allow 3–5 business days for preparation

• We use reputable courier services, but cannot guarantee delivery times
   

7. Local Pickup

We are working on offering a local pickup option. Stay tuned!
 

8. Returns, Refills & Refunds

We aim to make things right, always.

• If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, let us know within 7 days so we can sort it out

• We accept packaging returns for refills — email us to arrange

• Due to the handmade and natural nature of our products, we may not accept returns for change of mind

• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

All website content — including photos, text, logo, branding, and product designs — is owned by Matakana Herb Farm and protected under New Zealand intellectual property law. Please don’t reuse or reproduce without permission.
